We all know about snoring problem . we grow up with basically.Every one knows someone who have snoring problem. People tease each other with snoring. Man and woman, we all snore now and than. Snoring became kinda common. We don’t pay to much attention on snoring problem. Up to now, no one can really tell you what the reason is behind snoring. Even man did and still do examine the causes of snoring problem, some times with success, than again not. No one really knows which device or solutions fits someone who snore. The question is still why do we have snoring problem?

One thing is for sure, it may be a hereditary. Yes, snoring problem  is something that really can be a hereditary since certain physical characteristics are or maybe family traits which none can avoid.

An other contribution is the large tonsils and adenoids, than make people snore. It also depends if you are a male or female, since gender can increase your odds of snoring problem. We all know males snore more than female.

The older we get the less toned we are, that means age can also be factor of snoring problem. Lack of muscle tone around the throat is a factor as well to make you snore. Sometimes snoring  problem can be temperley , like when you have an illness or some kind of allergies, this will reduced the air flow through your nose that will result in snoring problem again. Same goes when you are really tired, and had a bad night sleep. Most of the factors we can not control. That way it makes it hard to snore no more.

What we can do to stop snoring problem?

Think about losing weight, if you happen to be overweight, if you are a smoker try to stop, this is in your benefit in more than one way. Same goes for use of alcohol or if you are on medications. Many people have medications which they continue to use, without ever going back for a check up. Often medication can be reduced or even being stop from using, this is something you have to discuss with your doctor. The most simple things we can do is change your sleeping position. You may be surprised!

Snoring problem is a big issue, not just for those who suffer from snoring, but also those you live with and you love. Sleeping in separate rooms will follow after sometime, this may lead into relation problems by creating distance between couples.

Snoring problem will make you suffer physical and emotional. Many study have been done and shows the value of a good night sleep. Sleep study shows that snoring problem is also waking up many throughout the night. You body need a good night sleep.
