You may not have any idea how it looks like when you have Sleep Apnea and how dangerous this can be for you health. Since  you are sleeping you will not notice much of it. For that reason we try to explain with some pics and a video how this looks like and what is happening during your sleep.

snore-no-more-sleep-apnea-1Sleep apnea is a normally dysfunction in which there can be one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths during sleep.

snore-no-more-sleep-apnea-2Normally without sleep apnea, your airway remains unlock. Your airway consists of the nose, mouth, throat and windpipe.

snore-no-more-sleep-apnea-5When the airway collapses a little bit, the airway turns into partially blocked.

snore-no-more-sleep-apnea-8At times the airways may become totally blocked, where there is no airflow. This is called Apnea.

The normal breathing cycles continues until the next episode of obstruction. Episodes might last seconds to minutes and re-occur 1 to 100 times per hour!
