Why snoring devices is not working for you?
To find out what kind of snorer you are, you can do some snore no more test to find the best snoring solution that may work for you . If you still can not find a snoring device after the test, than maybe it’s time to get some advice from your medical specialist. Find out with treatments may be appropriate for you.
We can not say that it will work for every one, but it may work for some.
Snore no more nose test
Try to press one side of your nostril, so it get closed. Make sure you have your mouth closed and breath in thought your other nostril. When your nostril collapse or tends to collapse, you should try to propping it to open. (use a match stick) When you feel like you can breath easier with the nostril propped open, than maybe you should try Nasal Dilators. Don’t forget to test both of your nostrils.

Next nose breathing test is the following: Try to breath through your nose with your mouth closed. With your mouth open, make a snoring noise. Close your mouth and try again to make a snoring noise.If you cant snore with your mouth closed, than you are for sure a mouth breather.

Try to stick out your tongue as far as you can, and hold it between your teeth. Be Careful not to hurt yourself. Try now to make a snoring sound.
